Our dispatch centre is open 6 days a week from Monday to Saturday and we process all the orders placed on our eBay account on a daily basis (except Sundays). Once the order is placed, we will try to dispatch it as quickly as possible and will not take longer than 24 hours. Normally orders placed before 3:00 pm is dispatched the same day.

We use Royal Mail, who are one of the quickest and reliable service provider. Delivery to the UK takes around 2-3 working days to get to customers but on rare occasions may take longer which is out of our control. Please wait 10 working days before contacting us if in case you do not receive your item. We also recommend checking with your neighbours as Royal Mail sometimes leaves it with your neighbours if no one is at the address.

For European countries other than UK it will take between 5-14 working days and countries other than Europe approximately 7-21 working days.

What happens if I received faulty or incorrect goods?

Our customer satisfaction is our main priority. If for any reason you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please notify us through eBay message centre as soon as possible with the sales record number. A prepaid label will be provided for the faulty or incorrect item. We will issue you with a replacement as soon as we receive the returned item.

What happens if I change my mind?

All our items come with 14 days money back guarantee. If you change your mind after placing your order and wish to receive a refund or exchange, please notify us through eBay message centre as soon as possible with the sales record number. An exchange or refund will be issued only if the item has not been used and still in its original package. Once authorised, the item has to be returned through recorded delivery. Please note that you will have to pay for postage.
