1-Do you post worldwide?

Yes, of course! You can make your purchase from anywhere in the world and we will send you the article.But note that if you live outside Europe you might need to pay extra fees(duties, taxes or customs clearance fees,for example),where applicable. Please be advised that “the Psychopomp”has no control over these charges. Please contact your local customs office for further details. Shipping fees are not refundable for undeliverable shipments or refused shipments.

2-What shipping method do you use and if I buy more than one item how do I calculate the shipping costs  ?

Orders are shipped by Austrian Post service.When possible-it depends on the delivery country-you will receive a tracking number.If you order many items at the same time,they will be shipped in one sigle package and you´ll pay the shipping cost only one time.

3-How long will I have to pay for my purchase?

  Payment must be made within 3 days of purchase.If after 3 days no payment will be made and you don´t write to me to tell you need more time for it-in this case no problem!-the order will be canceled and the order will become again available for selling.

4-I received a damaged/defected product,what shoul I do?

I am very sorry for the incovenience!We always check the products before sending them and try to make sure that they leave intact and free of faults.If unfortunately you received a damaged or defected item,please read the "Term and Conditions" section.There you´ll find all the informations about the theme.

5-I live in Vienna/I am in Vienna for holidays.Can i see one Item in person before to buy it,or get it in person without pay the shipping cost after the purchase?

Certainly!  At the moment I have not  a real shop and the  sale is online only. But is possible to arrange an appointment to see the goods or to get them. Write  us an email and leave us your phone number. We will call you as soon as possible to arrange the appointment. For us  is always a big pleasure  to meet you in person!

  6. Items for sale are always in stock?

We also use other sales channels on  internet and not just ebay. When We sell a product from another website, We always try to remove the ad as soon as possible, in case the item is sold out. But it could happen that you purchase an item before we had time to remove the ad. In this case we will notify you as soon as possible and if you have already paid, the money will be returned immediately .

7-I HAVE TO LEAVE A NEGATIVE FEEDBACK...

I hope that this action is not really necessary! We always try to be fair and accurate with our customers. So before leaving a negative feedback contact us, talking about the issue .We can sure finda solution together. At this point I would like you consider the following:

 1)THE POSTAL DELAYS NOT DEPEND ON ME. Unfortunately I do not delivery the item in person! The goods are shipped within 48 hours and normally you should receive it in a few days. Occasionally, though rarely, we can have a delay on the delivery and the package arrives in 10-14 days. In this case let's not panic! If after a relatively long time you have not received the product, email me and I will contact the postal carrier to find out what the problem is. If in the worst case the package is dispersed in some way, I will send you another same product, if available in stock or you’ll be refunded (via paypal or bank transfer).

 2)Same thing applies to products that are damaged during the journey and arrive broken or damaged. At the time of shipment I always make sure that the object is intact before packing, what happens next depends unfortunately not on me. If unfortunately this situation occurs, please refer to Faq -4.

8-What payment method do you accept?

We accept payments by PAYPAL and Bank Transfer.

9. What language do you speak?

We speak German,English and Italian.
