Before buying this item you must agree to these additional return policies. 1.You must include a contact phone number for shipping. 2.Any customs duty, taxes, or any other import requirements that may be due are the sole responsibility of the buyer. 3.This product must be fitted by a qualified auto electrician or it may void your warranty.4.Before receiving the product from the courier you agree that you will check the product for any defects that may have occurred during shipping, and not sign for the light before checking the light for defects. If you sign for a product that has a defect you agree that you will pay freight costs for the return of the item, for a replacement, to the factory, and not to our Australian contact address.5. Warranty is not valid without a proof of ownership by way of our invoice issued to the buyer at the time of purchase through the email address attached to your paypal account by which you have paid for the item. 6. Warranty is for manufacturer faults only, warranty is not for faults that occur from incorrect fitting of the product. 7. Warranty is not valid if you are unaware of the product you are buying. This means that you know the difference in the light output of an LED over other lighting products such as HID. You agree to take full responsibility for the knowledge of the product you are buying.8. Freight return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. In the event of a manufacturer fault, once you return the product and it is confirmed as a manufacturer fault, the return freight cost for a replacement product will be credited back into your account.9. You agree that you will return the product for a refund within 3 days of receiving the product and that the product is new and in the same condition as when you purchased it.
