Payment Information

Payment must be received within five (5) days. To ensure your purchase is protected it will only be delivered to your registered PayPal/eBay address.

Shipping Information

Your item should be with received within two working days with a small minority going beyond that. 

We also offer a get it fast option if required.

Orders will be dispatched either by My Hermes or Royal mail. Your item will be professionally & carefully packed and dispatched in a timely manner.

Orders made before 3pm Monday to Friday are, in most cases, dispatched the very same day (subject to payment verification). Orders are not processed for shipment on weekends and holidays.

Returns Policy

We hope you will be happy with the items and the service received. Under the UK distance selling regulations you have the right to cancel a fixed price purchase within 14 working days after you receive your purchase if returned in the same condition you received it.

 If you wish to return an item please contact us first via the ebay messaging service where we will help you out with your return.

If you require a refund for your item unless the shoes are faulty you will have to send the goods back at your own cost.

If you simply just want to exchange for a different size then please check with us first that we have your required size and there will be an additional £2.99 P&P charge to cover the cost.
