You are buying 10 (ten) pieces  Audi / Seat / VW / Skoda butt connectors 000979941 (000 979 941).
It is used for connecting two wires by mechanical crimping, which is more reliable and effective than soldering.
After both ends of wires are crimped, heat gun must be applied to shrink the sleeve and glue it to the wire.
This protects connection from dust and moisture.

For wire cross-sections: 0.50 - 1.00 mm2
