1. Is the bottom tip the same thick as top?

No,it's single drawn hair,the bottom is thinner than the top,so not all the hair strands the same length,but higher quality will be few thicker and close to the same length.

2. Is the hair enough for a full head?

The weight is the most important factor. Weight and Length decides the thickness. Usually a full head needs about 200g hair.

3. Does the hair color match the pictures?

All of these pictures are real pictures from the hair goods, but the colors will be a little lighter or darker by different production date  from the hair factory.

4. Will be the hair easily fallen off?

If the hair very dry or not glue well on the tip then easily fallen off. Please take good care of the hair.

5. Can the hair dyed again?

Yes, but it can be dyed to only darker, because it is not virgin hair and the hair had dealt by the hair factory.

6. Is it 100% human hair and will be melt if straighten hair by tool?

Yes, it is the real 100% human hair from the hair factory. If it is synthetic or blended hair (more animal hair) then it will be melt. You can try to test the hair quality when you get it, real hair will be burning to power and false hair to plastic block. So if you got the bad quality hair, please contact us and return the unused hair for new replacement or refund.

7. I need express shipping, how much is it and how can I do?

We list the express shipping item 181423274105, and it is just for the express shipping cost. You can purchase it and choose the express service to your country.

8. If I do not satisfied with the quality, or it broken or not the correct goods, how can I do?

Usually you can contact us first by email, and then we issue a full refund or new replacement if you will return the goods back, but maybe it will cost you high returned shipping. Or we can refund partial money and you can keep the goods. Or you can offer a better idea.

9. I paid items 2days before, why it have not shipped out on website?

Yes, but it can be dyed to only darker, because  it is not virgin hair and the hair had dealt by the hair factory.

10. It said 15-25days shipping time for normal package, but i have not got my package over 30days yet, why?

We send out the package in 2days once get payment. We promise to deliver the goods as soon as possible. But sometimes because of my country post office full stock or strict customs checking or bad weather or missing package. Then it will be delayed on shipping and should take 30-60 days. For example the same buyer purchased 2 packages and got one package in 2weeks,but another package took over 1month. It is for this reason. So if you can not get your goods till 45days,we can refund full money to you first. And then you can repay it once get it finally in future.

Brush daily with a wide toothed comb,holding your extensions at the seal to prevent pulling.

Detangle hair from ends to roots before washing.
Carefully wash with lukewarm water and a mild shampoo.Do not roll or rub or twist the hair.Follow with conditioner.Gently squeeze out excess water and pat dry with towel.
Use 'frequent use' shampoo.Wash with luke warm water.Air-dry when possible,or use the cool
setting on your hairdryer.

Improper wash or process probably make the hair dry, easy to fall down or tangle.

Dry and style hair as recommendey by your hair stylist. Do not apply heat over adhesives.

You may use everyday styling products such as hairsprays,mousse,gels. Do not apply serums,oils or waxes to the extensions.

Hair straightners,curling irons and other heat based styling appliancesare fine to use in moderation.

How you care for your extension will be the ultimate determining factor. Please refer to local professional barber or hairdresser for more hair extensions care.
