3. Customer Service Policy: You agree that we accept “exchange” only within 7 business days of delivery time based on package tracking number information. In any case of exchange or return, you agree that we won’t refund the total product cost and the original shipping, insurance & handling charges, and you agree to return the product at your cost. We will pay the shipping cost for sending a replacement back to you in the case of product defect reported within 7 business days of arrival.

**For buyers with Peavey/ Beyer systems**
Some customers bought this model with no problem when using with their Peavey / Beyer transmitters, but some customers said the connector does plug in and make contact with the pins, and the headset / lapel mic sounds good, but it just sits high that the screw ring won't pick up on the threads on the body pack. This might be because Peavey/Beyer transmitters have different versions. Therefore, please be aware of this minor issue and only purchase when you feel fine with it. (The mic may not be compatible with wireless transmitters of other brands, even their connectors look identical.)
