Chai Masala or Masala  Tea Powder is  essential part  of Indian pantry. Chai  or Indian tea is  common beverage for us Indians. With this  listing, we  introduce our Homemade recipe of  the Masala Chai  powder (Spices Blend for  Tea).

 

Make your Masala Chai/Tea more flavorful with this  Homemade Chai Masala


This is a blend of spices that make a Masala tea. Tea is not included in this  powder. The reason for not adding the tea is that with the help of this product,  you can make your own Masala Tea using your regular tea bags or loose tea that  you use everyday.

 

  • Here is how to  make your favourite Masala Tea using this product:

- If  you use tea bags:   Add  1/2 to 1/4 tea spoon (more  or less depending on your choice) to the hot water  in the cup, steer well and  then drop your tea bag in the cup. Leave it for a  while and enjoy your Masala   tea

- If  you use loose tea:   Add  1/2 teaspoon per cup of  this product to the boiling water before adding loose  tea. After a minute, add  loose tea to boiling water and continue to boil as  normal.

 

Add 1/2 tsp to 3/4 tsp for making 2-3 cups  of tea is more  than enough making this  powder to run for long time (There is no  recommended  ratio, you can add more or less  according to your preference).

  • Orders will be dispatched from our location in India within one working day once the payment is cleared. We use India Post Recorded (Signed For) service for Free economy delivery.

Cancellations:

Incase you need to cancel the order, please contact us within 24 hours after completing checkout. Once the order has been marked as dispatched, we will not be able to cancel the order.

Returns:
If you're unhappy with the item or change your mind -
Buyers can return the item to us in 'unused' & 'resalable' condition along with original packaging for a refund within 14 days. Return postage in such situation are to be paid by the buyer. Please refer to policy pages on our eBay store homepage for further details.

Items delivered in damaged condition -
If such an unfortunate event has occured we offer full refund or ship a replacement at no cost to the buyer. Buyer will need to send us a picture of the damaged item showing the damage. This will also help us to improve our packaging and avoid any inconvenience in future.

Incorrect items delivered -
Normally our packaging staff carefully checks each order before dispatch. However, being humans they too are likely to make errors. In such an event we send out the correct items at no cost to buyers - Or if the buyer wishes we can provide full refund for the transaction.

If there is a refund, due to any other reason, we will process the refund directly into your PayPal account. PayPal Unique Transaction ID for the refund processed will be provided to you via eBay messages. Under no circumstances we are able to provide refund via any other means.

Customs:
It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure they are available to collect the shipment at time of delivery. In case the items are returned if the buyer was not available at time of delivery (or buyer has not claimed the shipment from the customs department), we will refund the money paid by the buyer after deducting the postage cost incurred to us in addition to GBP £1.50 restocking charges once the items are delivered back to us by the carrier. Refund will only be processed when the items are delivered to us.
