You can attach the center to the rosary by the loop at the bottom and through the openings in the filigree border at the top.

My rosary centers are handcrafted and go through several stages to completion. The vintage image is sealed with jewelry grade epoxy resin in a process that takes a minimum of three days to allow the image to properly cure.  

The image is professionally hand crafted and not glued to the image with a bulky glass or resin dome, as you will see with other medals.  This rosary center is waterproof.
