Alembic Still 10 Liters - with serpentine cooling system for distillations emerged and immersed vapor flow.
It's particularly suitable for the production of spirits with a strong aroma ( brandy, whiskey,fruit brandy, ecc.) , also for essential oils ( perfumes, remedy, and liquors ) but most of all for high graded alcohol ( vodka ).
The Alembic Still is handcrafted in Italy by skilled copper masters. And are made with an improved thickness of 1,02 mm.
The Alembic distiller with the capacity of 10 LITERS includes a steel thermometer that is essential to measure the internal temperature of the boiler, and separates the head, heart and tail, includes an alcoholmeter to measure the alcoholic graduation of your product. The handles are made from wrought iron for an easier grip of the boiler.
The serpentine cooling tank is connected to the helmet of the boiler with a screw and includes an entry, exit to which is connected to running water,

L’alambic dispose d’un Thermomètre en acier de haute précision MESURANT grâce à une sonde thermique àL'INTÉRIEUR DE LA CHAUDIÈRE et d’un alcoomètre pour mieux mesurer la teneur en alcool de votre distillation.Vous pouvez utiliser votre alambic pour tout type de distillation même les jus de fruits non alcoolisées.
Convient pour tous types de végétaux ALIMENTAIRES , FRUITS, légumes, herbes sauvages…

Parfait pour la distillation des huiles essentielles essences hydrolats etc…Sur ces photos le thermomètre est positionné sur la chaudière à un point très précis entre la vapeur et le refroidissement pour plus de précision afin d’optimiser tout le potentiel de votre distillation.
