This size has been designed to meet the new pricing structure set by the
Royal Mail. These boxes qualify as Large Letters, which means that Royal
Mail cannot charge the usual small packet rate for shipping.
Please note there are weight limitations of 750g on the large letter
service and each box weighs approx 15g.
Manufactured in a single wall E-flute cardboard, this box is ideal for
extra protection for computer components and jewellery during transit.
Tape may be necessary to hold the flaps down, to increase the security
of the box.
The dimensions of the box are 101mm x 101mm x 20mm, giving
external dimensions of 120mm x 105mm x 22mm.
ROYAL MAIL LARGE LETTER C6 Size:
We sell this size from Packs of 50, 100, 200, 250, 500 and 1000.

DL sized postal mailing box designed to fit through Royal
Mail large letter template. This box has been manufactured to meet the
new PIP regulations in order to save you postal charges that would
normally be classed as a small packet or parcel.
Manufactured in a single wall (E-flute) lightweight cardboard, the box
comes flat but is easy to assemble with tape giving a secure and durable
pack, ideal for sending small books, cards, diaries, and small items of
jewellery etc.This is the same style box as the C5.
Please note there are weight limitations of 750g on the large letter
service, and each box weighs approx 25g
The internal dimensions of the box are 217mm x 108mm x 20mm, giving the
external dimensions of 221mm x 111mm x 25mm.
ROYAL MAIL LARGE LETTER C5 Size:
This box has been designed to meet the new pricing
structure set by the Royal Mail. These boxes qualify as Large Letters,

dimensions of 220mm x 165mm x 22mm.
ROYAL MAIL LARGE LETTER C4 Size:
This box has been designed to meet the new pricing structure set by the
Royal Mail. These boxes qualify as Large Letters, which means that Royal
Mail cannot charge the usual small packet rate for shipping.
Please note there are weight limitations of 750g on the large letter
service and each box weighs approx 66g. The white version is around 72g.
Manufactured in a single wall E-flute cardboard, the box construction is
self-locking, resulting in a quick and easy assembly requiring no tape.
This box is ideal for extra protection for books, A4 documents, and
magazines, while in the post.
The internal dimensions of the box are 320mm x 230mm x 19mm, giving
external dimensions of 340mm x 235mm x 22mm.
