Here is a Jeep 258 exhaust manifold used 1971-1979 we pulled this off a 1978 Jeep CJ.  This was a 258 engine the part # on it is 3190803. This style bolts to the Exhaust manifold.  the 2 bolts are there. This is the original not aftermarket. One of the exhaust studs was drilled out and they had a bolt through it.
