Terms and Conditions

·  Delivery Schedule:  We try to process all orders, where possible, within 24 hours. Whilst most items will be dispatched within one working day, please allow 5-7 working days for delivery within the UK. Once your goods have been posted it is in the hands of Royal Mail. We cannot guarantee delivery times. If your item has not arrived when expected it is probably at your local sorting office. Please contact your local Royal Mail delivery office before contacting us for undelivered items.

·  Payment:  We accept PayPal Only, safe online payments that allow you to pay with your credit or debit card. 

·  Packaging: At ONLINE RETAILER , we want you to receive your purchase in the same great condition it left us. We use only good quality, new materials for packaging and take great care to insure that happens.

·  Returns: Items can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt of item. Item must be in the same perfect labeled condition and a note must be enclosed with the item advising sales record number, contact us via eBay to arrange the return. Please note that postage cannot be refunded either way. If items are returned as undelivered the postage cost will have to be re-paid in order that we will send them again.
