We endeavour to dispatch your item on the VERY SAME DAY if the item has been orderedBEFORE 3.30pm otherwise the item will be dispatched within 24 hours, providing the payment has been cleared.

Returns

Refunds will be processed in accordance with the Distance Selling Rules. Items must be returned in their original condition within 14 days of the date shown on your dispatch note.

When returning an item, the item must be repacked in the same condition as it was received. The return address can be found on the package label.

Please ask for a receipt from your chosen courier, as this will act as proof of postage for yourself

You have to pay for the cost of returning the item.
