If you are filming with your GoPro HD or HERO while using quick release mounts when skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, car racing or moto-x, etc. then make sure you fit one of these anti vibration rubber plugs into the buckle clip to help tighten the fit for better shots, and also to prevent any accidental release of the buckle.

The little loop goes round the hinge thumbscrew / bolt so the plug stays safely connected to your mount assembly whether it's placed in the buckle or not! A handy little accessory, and one that can make all the difference in your video recording in extreme conditions!
