If you have any questions or discover any damage, defect or missing items from your order, you have 5 days from receipt of the item to advise us of this in writing via eBay communications. In the event you are reporting damaged or missing items, we and the shipping carriers, require that all shipping materials (including boxes and packaging) be maintained by the buyer for possible inspection by the carrier. Photos will be requested.

Shipping Methods and Fees:  We currently offer FREE ground shipping to addresses only in the 48 Contiguous United States usually using UPS Mail Innovations.   

Other shipping methods utilized may include: United States Postal Service, UPS SurePost, FedEx SmartPost or Ground Services, strictly at merchant’s discretion.  

International Disclaimer 

Be advised that International purchases are subject to customs fees, Tax and Duties upon receipt. These charges vary from country to country and are based on overall cost of the item. Please note that calculation and payment of these charges is the responsibility of the customer. Be advised that import duties, taxes (including VAT) or any other charges that may be assessed in the customers country are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Be advised that if an international buyer refuses shipment for any reason including, but not limited to, taxes, duties, vats or other charges assessed by the buyer’s country and the item is then returned to us at our expense; no refund on the product nor shipping will be issued. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. Please do not ask us to engage in any illegal falsification of customs declarations or mark an item as a "gift" in order to avoid customs, duties or other fees. 

Expedited International Shipping  

Many of our items are now eligible for Expedited International Shipping. Transit is typically 5-10 business days, depending upon your country's customs clearance process pace. Merchants choice of carrier/service. 

Order Processing & Shipping 

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Expedited Flat Rate shipping is available on most items. Once processed, allow 1-3 business days in transit. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Should a vendor backorder problem arise, you will be notified via email. 

Free Flat Rate shipping is quoted for ground delivery inside the contiguous USA ONLY*. If we cannot ship your order for any reason, we will refund your payment. Typically, we process small, non-dimensional orders via USPS First Class Mail. For orders that are dimensional, or over 1 lb., additional shipping may be due. We will contact you via eBay messages to advise. *Alaska, Hawaii, US Protectorates, APO/FPO Shipping.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, including any shipping fees incurred by seller. Free Shipping is defined as all shipping costs prepaid by seller & not added to the customer's order. A 20% restocking fee applies. Requests must include Order ID # & e-mail. We ask that you read policies below prior to requesting a return. RMA's and returns must be completed within 30 days of receipt. Do not ship back used, damaged, incomplete or ineligible merchandise for a refund. 

PayPal fees associated with currency conversion for refunds of International orders are not refundable. These fees are assessed to merchants when processing refunds for any reason. The standard transaction fee of $0.30 per order, the currency conversion transaction fee of $0.30 and the currency conversion charge that equals 3.9% of the total order will not be refundable. Refunds will be issued for the total order less the currency conversion charge and less both transaction fees.
