12V 24V 48V 12-50V 15A 600W DC Motor Speed Control PWM MACH3 USB CNC PLC

Features:

1. Power input DC: 12-50V. only supports DC input. There are reverse power protection. 

2.Can support motors of different parameters  after adjust. Adjust OC-ADJ-T match for potentiometer. The maximum current of 20A,but we recommend not over 15A.The factory located at 2A 

3.Independently controlled motors in the manual, you can control  PWM base frequency of the motor via  jumper ,setting to match different motor noise at different speeds to a minimum. 

4.There are two control modes: controlled by jumper switch is independent manual control motor or external PWM signal, a PLC access or control card to control the motor. External PWM input requirements: level 3.5-12V VPP, frequency 1K-5KHZ ,. duty cycle of 0% -93%. 

5 with alarm output function. When motor stall, you can send a signal to the control card or PLC, or PLC control card do let down, and other related actions. 

6.With power indicator, stall / overcurrent warning indicator function. 

7.independent manual potentiometer can be adjusted accordingly on the governor to control the motor speed control motor. 

8. Internal resistance of 330 ohm resistor, when connected PLC,to series with a 1.5-2.7K ohm resistor. Then MACH3 and other 5V level motion control card can be connect directly.

9 Alarm output interface specification: maximum drive current 12MA as MACH3 interface cards:. NPN-E port access GND.

NPN-C port access P10 (or other input ports can) 

Interface define:

1) GND: 12-50VDC Power Negative 

2) 12-50V: 12-50VDC power being 

3) M +  M-: DC motor . 

4) PWM +: positive terminal of an external PWM signal, MACH3 positive terminal of PWM controller, PLC negative terminal of PWM 

5) PWM-: negative terminal of an external PWM signal, MACH3 negative terminal of PWM controller, PWM PLC to the negative terminal 

6) NPN-E: NPN output alarm transmitter pole. Pick MACH3 board GND 

7) NPN-C: NPN output alarm set motor pole. Pick MACH3 plate P10 and other inputs 

8) OC-ADJ-T: machine over current point setting potentiometer. A letter in 2A, the maximum is set to 20A.
