Return Policy
- I will accept returns within 14 days of buyer's receipt of the item. The item must be returned in the exact same condition, with all tags, paperwork, gift receipts.
- If other items were included (such as a dust bag or gift box), these must also be returned in original condition.
- There is a 10% Restocking Fee. Refund = 90% of the purchase price. No exceptions.
- Shipping and insurance fees are not refundable. Buyer pays all shipping fees.
- Returned items much be shipped Insured or with Delivery Confirmation. Tracking information must be provided by email.
- If all these criteria are fully met, refund will be made within 3 days of return of the item.
