Paypal is our preferred method of payment, but we will also accept a cheque (drawn from a UK bank), bankers draft, cash on collection or a UK/Euro bank transfer.

We offer free standard delivery throughout mainland UK and low shipping costs to Europe. We can also ship to other destinations outside Europe � please contact us for shipping costs.

Expedited and weekend delivery is also available as an option at a small extra charge.

Small items and those under �60 are sent recorded delivery with Royal Mail. Larger items and those over �60 are sent with either DPD or Parcelforce and are fully tracked.

We also offer a click and collect service and this option can be chosen at checkout.

We sell a lot of products and sometimes things go wrong; If you receive an item that you are unhappy with for whatever reason, please first send us a message and we will respond quickly with possible solutions.

We will of course pay for any damaged or faulty item to be returned. As much as we would love to, we simply cannot afford to pay for all returns, so if you simply do not like your item, please return it to us within 30 days, ensuring it has all of the original packaging, and we will provide a full refund of the original purchase cost.
