6 Piece Capacitor REPAIR KIT for BN44-00167A/B/C or D Power Supply Board - used in 40" SAMSUNG LCD TVs

The listing is for 6 x capacitors that are the most common cause of a fault on the LCD TV that use the power boards mentioned above.
NOTE - This board comes in 2 variations, for boards that use 6 x 1000uF, 1 x 220uF and 1 x 47uF please purchade item number 173228494150, for boards that use 5 x 1000uF and 1 x 220uF please purchse item number 181840346868
The supplied capacitors are LOW ESR & High temp 105 Deg.C specifically used for electronic equipment & TV repairs!
The repair kit contains the following components:
6 x HIGH QUALITY 1000uF 25v (Nichicon/ Rubycon) & 1 x 220uF 35V (Nichicon/ Rubycon)
The capacitor voltage that is supplied may be slightly up-rated. This is a standard procedure for repair. e.g. 10v to 25v, 25v to 35v etc... this is standard procedure for repair.
Common signs that the caps have blown and need replacing are:
* Dead TV - No power
* Bulged / domed on top or underneath (Most common)
* Black fluid leaking from top
* Clicking noise
* Flashing or solid power LED
* Intermittent power to TV (Turning itself off after time)
* Buzzing or whining noise
In some cases, the capacitors may not look bulged but still may be faulty and require replacement! In this case the TV set may come on if you apply heat (hairdryer) or freeze spray is applied to the faulty capacitors, this indicates that they need changing!

This price includes the price of the parts, de-soldering & soldering of new capacitors as well as testing other components on the board and re-flowing any dry solder joints and return postage via Royal Mail 1st class recorded.
