These suppliers have attained international certifications including: ISO 9001:2000 ISO/TS 16949:2002 ISO/TS 16949:2002 is a quality management system standard specific to the Automotive industry, which includes all the requirements of the ISO 9000 quality management system standard verbatim. In addition, the standard combines the AVSQ (Italian), EAQF (French) and VDA 6.1 (German) automotive requirements. ISO/TS 16949, coupled with customer-specific requirements, defines the quality system requirements for use in the automotive supply chain. In April 2002, a new revised standard ISO/TS 16949:2002 was introduced. It replaced ISO/TS16949:1999 based on ISO 9001:1994, and is intended to be an alternative to QS-9000:1998 and other national automotive OEM supplier requirements. QS-9000:1998 was officially phased out as of December 15, 2006, and has been replaced by the ISO/TS 16949:2002 standard.

Wesfil Australia Pty Ltd warrants any Wesfil/Cooper/Nippon Max/Crosland branded product to be free from defects in material and workmanship. This warranty is subject to the installation of the product in accordance with the approved instructions and to the product being used and regularly changed in accordance with the vehicle manufacturer’s recommendations.

  • We expect to have your item shipped within 4 Business days.
  • We generally will ship via eParcel or Toll Express depending on size and quality of service to your destination.
  • Tracking information will be emailed through to you once the item has been shipped.
  • Please be aware that not all of our product is a stocked line, if for whatever reason we are unable to ship within the quoted estimate one of our staff will make contact and advise you from there.
  • For our international clients, please ensure you check with local authorities for any import taxes or duties as the item price will not include those fees and they may be payable before you collect your item.

  • If we have sent you the incorrect item we will cover all postage costs.  A prepaid return slip will be provided to return the incorrect product.
  • If you have purchased the incorrect item we will work with you to facilitate an exchange for the correct item.
  • Any and all returns must be in unused and in a resaleable condition with original packaging, repackaging and restocking fees may apply.
