Postage
We use a courier for deliveries of all items. If you are not in when they attempt to deliver you will be left a calling card and collection of the item or a redelivery can be arranged by contacting your local depot. We are not responsible if the item is returned to us - you will incur the original courier cost, return courier cost and a fee for redirection. Additional postage will be requested if you require the item to be sent to you again. Postage price shown is for mainland UK only. This doesn't include NI, ROI, offshore, the highlands or international. Please contact us before purchase and we will advise relevant price. We are happy to ship international please ask for a postage quote. Any purchased items will usually be sent within 24-48 hours of purchase


Guarantee
All parts are guaranteed for 60 days unless otherwise agreed in the listing. Any item purchased from us must be paid for in full before the item can be released for delivery or collection. You must check your item on the time of delivery before signing for the goods. If you are unhappy for any reason you must refuse delivery and/or collection. Once the item is in your possession the transaction is then complete, we cannot then claim for damage in transit and therefore cannot offer a refund on damaged goods from that point on. Should an item be faulty Our guarantee covers parts only. We do not cover any labour charges for any faults arising from the fitting of a part we supplied. The guarantee is void if any part has been tampered with in any way (i.e. seals broken, item taken apart, etc) unless otherwise agreed. Should the part be faulty we will endeavour to provide you with a replacement before looking at issuing you a refund. We will not refund the postage, only the part amount and it will be your responsibility to return the item to us. No refunds will be issued until we have received the parts. All items will be tested upon return and if found to be in good working condition then you will be refunded as described under Restocking Fee. Please contact us before returning the part so we are expecting it and know what to do with it on arrival, also enclose some contact details so we can contact you about issuing a refund. Failure to do this could result in a delay getting your hard earned money back to you. If any unauthorised alterations are found to have been made to a part then any return may be refused. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights. All items will be marked, usually by more than one method. We apologise for this, but as usual the unscrupulous few have ruined it for the many. Items must not have been dismantled or tampered with.

First Class Motor Services is a family run business. We specialise in supplying guaranteed second hand and new vehicle spares. We are based in Teeside, adjacent to major transport routes, in an established, fully licensed site. We are registered with the Environment Agency, Department of BIS and our local council. We are also directly linked to the DVLA from where we can identify your car and (where possible) cross-reference parts to ensure correct fitment. We can also handle the disposal of your vehicle with immediate notification to the DVLA of its destruction and issuing of the relevant paperwork.
