*PAYMENT METHOD*

We accept the payments through PAYPAL ONLY! 

All items are carefully packaged prior to shipment. All orders made on Monday-Friday will be shipped out WITHIN SAME BUSINESS DAY upon receipt of your payment before 1 P.M. (PST). 

*SHIPPING & HANDLING*

1.  Enjoy fast free shipping! We list stock items only. We will ship out your items via USPS, UPS, FedEx depending on your purchase.   

2.  Please make sure your address is correct before submitting your order, especially APT#/SUITE#. We are not responsible for the lost/stolen package that happened at customer’s site. If the item is insured, we will do our best finding a lost/stolen package. 

3.  For those who use Third Party Shipping Companies: Once the package is declared DELIVERED to the U.S. address, we are not responsible for the lost/stolen package (or missing items) that happened during the delivery from third party shipping companies to the final destination.  

4.  Transit time varies and depends on the carrier. Please do understand that delayed/lost/stolen packages are OUT OF OUR CONTROL. Shipping time by eBay is estimated and not guaranteed, which is subjected to be changed especially during peak periods. International Shipping by USPS has been very slow recently, so it could take up to one month or longer to be delivered. Please be patient. 

*RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY*

1.    If you are not satisfied or change mind with your purchase, we will refund only unused/new items WITHOUT SHIPPING COST THAT WE PAID FOR YOUR PACKAGE. Shipping cost for the return package is at buyer’s expense. Return request must be made WITHIN 30 DAYS from the receipt of your package/items. The refund will go back to you the same method you made your payment. Or we will do our best to find what you desire from us.

2.    When you receive the wrong item (also damaged/defective items), we will reship the correct item, only if you prove it by SENDING US A PICTURE through eBay message. We might ask you to return the wrong item, in this case, we will provide a prepaid postage.

3.    If you want to notice/claim for your purchase, you have to let us know WITHIN 5 DAYS from the receipt of your package/items. We don't accept any claims after 5 days has passed.

4.    DO NOT THROW AWAY ANYTHING WE SENT (e.g. packing label, invoice, etc.) if you are planning to claim/ask for a refund, as we have to verify the problem before a replacement/refund take place.

5. Original shipping fees & Handling charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. Please note that if we offer a free shipping and the item is returned back to us, we will deduct original shipping fees from your refund.
