How Many
A 10 ft piece of pipe can be divided up into 2 5ft towers - one plant per row will hold 18 plants

If you want to grow lettuce or something similar and you can space them out 2 plants per row followed by 1 plant per row, then 2 etc. You would need 28 GroPockets for this spacing. If you are growing strawberries or some other small plant and want to have 2 plants every row, then you would need 36 pockets for a single 10 ft piece of pipe.

A $10. upgrade gets two ¾" valves to control the water to the sprinkler head.  The premium upgrade has the valve as well as a 1" fitting for connection to your water supply. You can opt for 2 1" tees or 1 tee and 1 elbow (for the end of the plumbing line). The premium also has 2 options for the location of the valve: high for steel framing and low for wood.
