These LED lamps are connected directly to the mains and will require you to by-pass the control gear of the lights (ballast etc) and connect the live and neutral to one side of the lamp. Please make sure you connect the mains to the correct side of the tube, the tube does show what side the mains needs connecting to. With LED lamps you are not only saving on your energy bills you are also saving the hassle of replacing the fluorescent lamps you currently have.
