This product is covered by a 1 year return-to-base warranty.
Returns are accepted on items faulty or shipped in error. Items ordered incorrectly will be subject to a restocking fee.
Returns must be made within 14 days from the date of invoice. A restocking fee of up to 20% of the total invoice may be incurred.
Return item must be packed in original packaging with all inclusions and the original tax invoice
Returns must be agreed by both parties prior to the actual return.
Buyers must strictly follow our return procedure when returning a faulty item.
Postage is responsible by the buyers.

Refund will only be processed via PayPal or Bank Transfer, depending on the payment method used previously
