Payment Policy: Payments via PayPal or Debit card for convenient and secure payment. Personal cheque are also accepted.
Postage Policy: All items are dispatched the next working day after purchase. Royal Mail 1st class are delivered usually within 1-2 working days. Royal mail 2nd class are usually delivered within 2-3 working days including any upgraded signed for services.
Optional Express Postage: Upgrading to Special Delivery Next day by 1PM guarantees delivery within 1 working day from dispatch and are fully tracked and insured. Items which are delayed and not delivered within the time scale set by Royal Mail will be fully investigated and confirmed including items lost before any items are replenished. Delays are expected around peak bank holiday periods.
Exchange Policy: Exchanges are accepted if incorrect size ordered, as long as the required ring size is in stock. Buyer will cover the p&p costs for returning and re-sending. All exchanged sizes will be sent via 1st class signed for delivery which is covered by the buyer (£3.25 exchange invoice via PayPal). This policy also covers if a ring has been purchased separately for an exchange of another size.
Returns Policy: Returns are accepted within 30 days. Once ring has been received in original new condition, a refund of the item cost only will be processed via original payment excluding any p&p sent/returned. Returns are accepted if faulty/not as described for full refund unless stated in the listing. Tracked/Signed for postage is required for all items returned as seller cannot be held responsible for item to be lost/damaged when returned and Items to be returned in original new condition.
