CONDITION  

 Most my items are pre-loved unless otherwise stated. I endeavor to take detailed pictures to show if there are any scuffs or marks and the overall condition of each item, however occasionally I might miss some. Every single point may not be described in the item description. I do not however sell any significantly damaged items unless it is clearly stated so. Please have a look below at a brief description of my item conditions:

NEW- The item is brand new.

VERY GOOD- The item has been used previously but is in very good condition. May have one or two small flaws 

GOOD- It is obvious that the item has been used previously for a period of time but generally in good condition. Some flaws or scratching is/maybe present.

  FAIR- It is obvious that the item has been used for a prolonged period of time but is still in an acceptable condition for continued use.

 PICTURES

  Pictures are taken with a high quality DSLR camera that is intended for the buyer to judge each item better with. I recommend viewing the pictures on a computer screen not on a phone, as the size is small. Pictures may vary in quality on different screens and I can’t take responsibility for that.

 PAYMENTS

 All payments must be made within 3 days via Paypal unless otherwise arranged.

 SHIPPING-Domestic

 All items are shipped within 48 working hours during business hours (Monday – Friday, excluding Public Holidays) as soon as payment is cleared.

 All items are posted using Australia Post 500g or 3kg eBay satchels.

 Combined postage is possible. The rate is for the largest satchel size being sent plus $3 per item. Please contact me before paying so I may send out an invoice for the combined items.

 Any value added services for example Express Post, Signature on Delivery, Insurance etc. please contact me before paying if you would like for me to arrange.

 I can't guarantee the delivery time frame as it is out of my control. The actual delivery time frame varies depending on destination.

 I take every care with packaging so that items reach their destination in a good condition however, I can’t take responsibility for items lost or damaged by Australia Post.

 SHIPPING-International

 I do ship internationally please contact me prior to purchase for shipping costs.

 Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

RETURNS

 Please contact me immediately upon receipt of your item if you have a problem.

 The buyer is responsible for any postage cost for return purpose. The buyer has the responsibility to make sure the returned item reaches me safely, a registered satchel is highly recommended. A refund can be issued only if the returned item is returned in the same condition it was sent. A refund (ITEM COST ONLY) will be issued within 5 business days. 

 Returned item must be returned in the same condition it was sent out. Items must not be damaged, have make-up marks or ladies perfume/deodorant; please look after it when trying on the item.  I reserve the right to reject a return if these conditions are not met.
