Shipping
All our boat graphics are produced and sent on their way within 3 to 4 business days. All Australian orders are shipped Express using Australia Post for FREE and should arrive within 1 to 2 business days after being sent. Any International orders will be sent out for free using International AirMail.If you require International Express Postage, please contact us before putting through and paying for your order. We'll get back to you with a quote for the additional shipping cost as soon as possible.
We always ship all our products in a protective postage tube to ensure they won't get damage during shipping and no folding is needed during packaging.
Once you receive and are happy with your Boat Graphics kit, make sure to leave us some positive feedback so we know your package arrived safely and you are satisfied with our service and graphics.
Payment
Please ensure you pay for your purchase as soon as possible, as we won't start the production of your graphics until payment is cleared. Our graphics are made to order, so once the payment is cleared it will take up to 3 business days to produce your graphics.
Our preferred method of payment is through PayPal, but we also accept payment by credit card or direct bank deposit.
Returns
We’re so confident that you’ll be happy with your graphics that if for any reason you’re not, you can send any undamaged graphics back within 30 days. We’ll cover the cost of return shipping and give you your money back.If you encounter any problems with your boat graphics (when received, during application or even afterward), let us know by leaving a direct message and we'll help you the best way we can!
We do not accept returns on any custom graphics which were resized, altered or designed specially for you unless replacement is needed due to a fault of ours.
