Return or exchange an item:

and return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.

3.The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.

the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
4.The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
5.Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

please allow 3-5 working days for delivery when choosing this service.
7. 99.9% of the time Courier are spot on with all deliveries. We can not be held responsible for delays with Couriers but we will do our up most to help and resolve any issues were possible. Proof of postage is obtained for EVERY item shipped.
