Shipping and Handling

We use Royal Mail and Parcel Force to dispatch our items in UK and Europe with Tracking details. All items are dispatched to address registered with PayPal. It is your responsibility to provide correct address in order to avoid any unnecessary delay or loss of item. Customer is responsible for insuring expensive items against loss or damage during transit.

Returns

OneTech Gadgets aims to always provide high quality Goods that are fault free and undamaged. On occasion however, goods may need to be returned. If the product does not work please contact us, provide a fault description of issue as accurately as possible with the help of images and video clip. If a fault is established and we can not resolve it, we would authorise Return.

Returns are governed by these Terms and Conditions.

We accept products back if they are faulty or significantly not as described on the web site. You need to notify us of all return requests ASAP within 14 days of the product being delivered.

Please note a restocking fees of 20% may also apply if products are returned for any other reasons and seller is not at fault.

Faulty or incorrect products

Once OneTech Gadgets authorises your returns, you can send the product back to our after Sales service at your own costs for shipping and insurance. When returning an item for refund or exchange, the item must be returned complete and in good condition (including original packaging).

- OneTech Gadgets will refund the item, including the cost of delivery.

- Items are to be returned to our address in UK

- Items are to be returned complete and in good condition, in their original packaging and including all accessories. Returns are inspected.

We then issue you a refund or dispatch a replacement product as per your request. We can not issue refund for digital products such as software licence once opened or used.

- Any abuse of Return Policy will be notified to eBay.

Products must be returned in original condition, carefully packaged in their original state, with all of their documentation, accessories (e.g. cables, user guides, etc.) and without any modifications to their reference and serial numbers. They must have their labels intact, along with any stamps or marks required for resale.

Products must be sent by recorded delivery with tracking information (e.g. transporter), regardless of whether they are the subject of a refund or a return to the After-Sales Service. If a product is returned without prior written authorisation from OneTech Gadgets, it will be automatically sent back to the Client at their expense.

Damaged products

If Goods are damaged in transit and the damage is apparent on delivery, the Purchaser should sign the delivery note to the effect that the goods have been damaged. In any event, such damage should be reported to OneTech Gadgets within 3 days and arrange collection and return. OneTech Gadgets is not responsible for paying shipment costs. Upon receipt of the returned Goods, the price of the Goods, as paid, will be refunded through the payment method used when the Goods were purchased.

You need to send us photos of the damaged product and also the packaging. We then open a transport investigation with the courier which can take up to 14 business days to close.

We then issue you a refund or dispatch a replacement product as per your request.

Right of Withdrawal

If the Goods have been dispatched or have reached you, but the Purchaser decides that they are no longer required, the Goods can be returned to OneTech Gadgets within 14 days of receipt. Goods can only be returned for this reason if their packaging remains unopened and the Goods can be re-sold, as new, without any additional work on the part of OneTech Gadgets. The Purchaser is responsible for paying shipment costs if Goods are returned for this reason. Please note a restocking fees of 20% may also apply for such returns in some circumstances.

Manufacturer Warranty

OneTech Gadgets are not manufacturer of any products listed on this website. Most of the products sold by OneTech Gadgets come with a 1-year "manufacturer warranty except some accessories and cables which has 1 Month Warranty". The term of these warranties can be extended, and coverage is defined by the product purchased and the brand.

This warranty will not cover any unauthorised firmware/system update, hard factory reset, software and language issues arising due to inappropriate use, modifications or any other human mishandling including accidently dropping device, power surge, water damage and broken LED screens etc. "Mobile phones/tablets may be provided with custom firmware or rooted. Please note we need to open the box in order to test some products (Smartphones, Tablets) for Quality assurance (QA) to ensure they are free from faults and defects and English is set as starting language. We seal the product with our company sticker after products pass QA.

Repairs to products, whether they are covered by warranty or not, are guaranteed by the manufacturer or certified workshop. Whether the brand has operations in the UK or is represented by a third party is irrelevant.

Defective or faulty products must be returned directly to manufacturers or certified workshops.

Should you be unable to contact the manufacturer, you may send your product to us by recorded delivery.

OneTech Gadgets agrees to arrange repairs with its suppliers.

Products are returned at the customer’s expense.

Product warranties do not cover:

- replacement of consumables such as batteries, light bulbs, fuses, antennas, headphones, microphones and recording heads,

- incorrect or inappropriate use of products. Please read the user manual supplied with your product carefully,

- malfunction due to accessories such as power cables,

- defects and consequences following repairs by a person non-certified by OneTech Gadgets,

- defects and consequences due to incorrect use of the product, e.g. commercial purposes,

- defects and consequences due to external causes, dropping of device.

Please note that warranties do not apply to repairs for damage due to external causes, e.g. accidents, shocks, power spikes, lightning, dropping of device etc, or to the customer’s incorrect use of the product, e.g. product not installed in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions, detrimental use of product, use of product for commercial purposes, use of unsuitable peripherals, accessories or consumables, etc. In all cases, OneTech Gadgets will not be held responsible if the manufacturer refuses to honour the warranty.

In such a case, the manufacturer will provide a quote for repairs. Administration fees may be charged by the manufacturer if the customer refuses to pay for the repairs specified in the quote. Should the customer accept the quote, payment for the total amount of the quote should be sent to OneTech Gadgets via bank transfer, Card Payment or PayPal.

FAQ

Can I perform firmware/System update of my Smartphone/Tablet?

The product manufacturer Warranty is valid for the firmware provided. Any issues arising as a result of System update or flashing wrong firmware will not be covered. Hard factory reset may wipe out existing firmware altogether. We do not authorise this and hold no responsibility for System update/firmware flash failure or other technical issues arising afterwards. Always seek professional technical support for your device.

Do you provide Manufacturer Warranty?

OneTech Gadgets is a UK based company and does not manufacture any products. We usually provide 12 month manufacturer warranty for all mobiles and tablets. This warranty will not cover any unauthorised firmware/system update, factory reset setting, software and language issues arising due to modifications made by customer/buyer or any other human mishandling including water damage and broken LED screens etc.

I have accidentally managed to break my product. Can I send it back for repairs?

A warranty does not cover damage to an item (e.g. accidentally dropping a product, mishandling or inappropriate use)

Contact your insurance company or arrange repairs yourself (at your expense).

Are repairs under warranty free?

Repairs are free if the fault is covered by the warranty.

For items not covered by a warranty, we will issue a quotation for repairs.

I am having issue with my phone/tablet after I installed new app.

If your app is not compatible with the OS and processor of your Smartphone/Tablet then we recommend you uninstall it.

I received my item but I do not like it, can I return it?

We only accept products back if they are faulty or significantly not as described on the web site.

In all other cases 20% restocking fees will apply (prior authorisation required for returns) Once the item is returned in original condition with packaging and all contents intact you will be refunded. Buyer pays for shipping and original shipping can not be refunded. Buyer is responsible to return all items by secure and insured courier to cover against loss or damage.

Do you offer any insurance for shipped items?

We use Royal Mail Special Delivery guaranteed Next working day by 1pm for items value above £100.

This is a secure service that offers compensation up to £500 if your item is lost by Royal Mail.

Royal Mail 1st Class signed for offers compensation upto £50 and we use that for products value up to £50.

What is your cut off time for next working day delivery?

Orders received by 3PM will be dispatched same day (Mon-Fri) using Royal Mail

1-2 working day for 1st Class Signed for.

This is the time given by Royal Mail. Any delays caused by Royal Mail will be investigated.
