Description:

Our newly improved stainless steel fitting kit makes it easy to mount any universal electric cooling fan directly onto a radiator core. The fitting kit mounts the fan on any radiator core up to ~80mm in thickness in the same way as the commonly available plastic zip tie mounting kits, but is much more secure without the issues of plastic caps popping off or zip ties becoming brittle and snapping. It also benefits from being reusable should you need to remove and re-mount the fan for any reason.

Each kit is sufficient to mount one fan and includes four specially manufactured 100mm length hex bolts thin enough to fit through a radiator core, along with washers, nylon locking nuts and foam cushioning pads.

Ideal for use with our range of high powered fans featuring sizes from 7" to 16" and motors from 120W to 220W.

We are a British-based business located in Shropshire, all our stock is dispatched from our UK premises. A VAT invoice will be automatically emailed by our order management software, but some email providers may pick it up as spam and block it before it ever reaches your spam folder. If we don't already produce a kit for your car and you can supply us with the standard hoses we may be able to have a silicone hose kit made up for you FREE of charge! This is subject to your car being one we are interested in making a kit for, we may not be able to make a kit for your vehicle if it is rare or not popular for modifying or use in motorsport. The turnaround for this is around 5-7 weeks from when we receive your stock hoses, so unless you can source a spare set to send us your car would need to be off the road for this period. Please contact us with your full make/model details for more information.

Stock, Dispatch & Delivery Times:

All our stock is held in the UK and we aim to dispatch all orders no later than the next business day after your purchase. Any quoted delivery times are from the day of dispatch, so a 1-2 day delivery option will normally arrive in 2-3 working days of the order being placed.

Please ensure your delivery address is completed in full, including your name and a business name if it's a business address. The postcode should be in capital letters and a telephone number should be provided for courier deliveries. Failure to do any of these may result in the dispatch or delivery of your item being delayed. Unfortunately we are not able to deliver to Post Office box addresses.

We keep our stock levels as correct as possible but our products are available for sale elsewhere and occasionally when we only have one or two of an item left we may run out of stock before we have chance to end the listing. If this happens you will be notified when we come to process you order and a full refund will be given. Whilst we do re-stock the majority of our items it can be several weeks before an item is back in stock.

We do not dispatch orders on weekends or UK bank holidays. On rare occasions Weather conditions, postal strikes or unexpected staff absences may also prevent us from dispatching your order within the normal 1 business day, in which case you will be notified. We may also upgrade your order to a faster delivery service at no extra charge where possible so that the item still arrives within the expected delivery period. Please note that once an order has been dispatched by us delivery times are outside of our control and items can be delayed occasionally.

We offer first class (Royal Mail 24) or 24hr courier delivery as an option for UK customers but we usually advise you choose Royal Mail 24 (first class) rather than the 24 hour courier option as it will likely be dispatched quicker and can therefore be delivered sooner for a much smaller postage cost.

Royal Mail 24: This is a standard Royal Mail first class service. It is not a guaranteed 24 hour service, the normal delivery time is 1-2 working days not including the day of dispatch and occasionally items can be delayed further than this.

Royal Mail 48: This is a standard Royal Mail second class service. It is not a guaranteed 48 hour service, the normal delivery time is 2-3 working days not including the day of dispatch and occasionally items can be delayed further than this.

Unfortunately our workshop is on a site that is strictly no retail customers so we are not able to offer collection on our items.

International Delivery:

Important: Delivery estimates shown by eBay and PayPal are not always accurate for International deliveries. International delivery times are 4-10 working days for Europe and 5-15 working days for the rest of the world. Only Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays in the UK or destination country) count as working days and occasionally items can be delayed or held for inspection at Customs when they arrive in your country so these guidelines are only estimates and items can take longer.

Any taxes, VAT or duty charged when the item enters your country are the responsibility of the buyer, please check this with your countries customs department if you are unsure. Under no circumstances will we accept responsibility for any taxes, duty or VAT payable on international deliveries and refusal to pay duties may result in the item being returned to us in which case we will not be able to refund any delivery charges paid.

Please note that because the UK has now left the EU, if you are ordering from an EU country your item will have VAT charged by your country (at your countries VAT rate) when the item clears customs.

If shipping costs to your country are not displayed on eBay please contact us for a quote. Please note that we cannot deliver to Post Office Box or Army Post Office addresses for any international orders.

Returns & Warranty:

We offer a full refund if you wish to return an item that is unopened and unused, as long as you notify us within 30 days of delivery. If the item is dirty, marked, damaged or otherwise affected from attempting to fit we are unable to offer a return unless the item was incorrectly sent or faulty. Once any sealed retail packaging is opened we may not be able to accept a return, so we recommend reading the listing carefully and checking the item through the packaging where possible before opening. Buyers are responsible for the return postage cost unless the item is incorrect or faulty. Any postage fees paid for delivery upgrades or international delivery are not refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

All products purchased direct from Stoney Racing Ltd are covered by our limited liability warranty. The warranty period varies by product type and is specified in the product description. The warranty does not cover faults due to incorrect fitting, abuse, misuse or altering of the product, faults occurring due to operating outside of the products specifications, cosmetic damage, wear and tear. Liability under the warranty is expressly limited to the lower of the price paid for the product and the cost of repair/replacement, and all faults must be reported within the warranty period. Lost, Damaged & Faulty Items:

If your item does not arrive within the delivery estimate period please let us know by eBay message, but be aware that the eBay estimates are only guidelines and not guaranteed delivery times.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty please let us know as soon as possible. If you need to sign for your item and the outer packaging is damaged when the courier hands it to you please write "DAMAGED" next to your signature.

Customer Service:

Please send us an eBay message if you require any customer service. Our new workshop is in a rural location with no landline connection and very poor mobile reception so we can no longer offer telephone support. This also allows us to operate with fewer staff and keep our prices as low as possible, while keeping in line with strict eBay rules that no longer allow contact with buyers outside of eBay.
