How-to-find the watch movement number guide:

There are two ways in locating the watch movement number.
  1. The watch movement number is inscribed on the back of the watch case. It is usually in XXXX-YYYY format. In this example photo, the "6117" is the movement number.

2. The watch movement number is also inscribed on the back of the watch movement. To access your watch movement, you will have to open your watch case. The movement number is usually a 4 or 5 digits long. Reading this movement number may require a magnifier.

Installation Guide:
  1. Refer to the manual for your watch. If you can't find it, check the manufacturer's website.
  2. Open up your watch case to access the watch movement.
  3. Take note of the positioning of how the old capacitor is installed and install the new capacitor the same way.
  4. Close up your watch case and make sure the gasket is also properly installed.
  5. Recharge your watch
    • For Kinetic watches: The watch rotor in your watch movement needs to be rotated about 400 revolutions to store enough power. Wear your watch and walk about 1720 meters (0.5 miles) or until the watch starts operating normally again.
    • For Solar watches: Place the watch in direct, strong sunlight or under a strong fluorescent light at a distance of about 20 cm or 8 inches until the watch starts operating normally again.
If you watch does not operate normally:
  • Double check the installation
  • Refer to the manual for your watch for troubleshooting
  • Performing a factory watch reset usually solves many problems
  • Refer to online videos on "how to install"
