We use DHL, UPS, FEDEX, EMS, EUB, Post Air Mail or etc to ship out the item.

1 The goods will be sent out within 2 days after order accepted. (Unless special circumstances we will delay the time)

2 The tracking number will be submitted to you online in time and you can trace the item online.

3 For international shipments, We do not guarantee delivery time on all international shipments due to every country may have different time schedule on custom clearing which may take longer/shorter time to inspect your product.

4 We have two warehouses. One is in China, another is in USA. We have the right to decide which warehouse we send from, that's depend on your country or the item. All we choice is to make you can get the item early.

5 Import duties, taxes and charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. We only handle the shipping.

6 The freight does NOT cover the extra fees to the remote region. It is better to confirm with us before order. If your place is remote area we have the right to send you by EMS or Post air mail. If your country belong to DHL Express Courier, but you are remote area, we have the right to send to you via EMS.

We ship to confirmed Paypal address only. Please confirm you address when you order item. If you need change the address please email us before we send the item.

Customers may request for an exchange or refund less shipping & handling within 30 days of receipt.

If the return is caused by the product quality or the mistake from us, you will be guaranteed to get 100% refund. Return items should include the original packaging and all accessories.
