We do not take any other form of payment.

Standard 'Free' UK Delivery

UK orders are generally posted using Royal Mail's 2nd Class Standard service free of charge but we sometimes use other courier services.

Unless otherwise stated all mainland UK orders are posted free of charge (except to some Scottish Highland regions - please see below).

If your total order weight exceeds 2kg we will need to ship via an alternative courier.

Should this be the case then there may be some regions of the UK where we are unable to offer Free Delivery.

These include Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands and the Scottish Highlands and Islands.

Express UK Delivery

Alternative priority postage services are available at checkout at an additional charge.

For orders that weigh less than 2kg we mostly use Royal Mail’s 1st class postal service which should be delivered next working day but we do sometimes use other courier services.

For orders over 2kg we use a variety of mainstream couriers such as UPS, Yodel, Citylink etc. Again, this is a next working day service.

How long will it take for my UK order to arrive?

Character Zone dispatch all orders within 1 working day of receipt of cleared payment.

Royal Mail 2nd Class post orders should be delivered within 2 - 4 working days of dispatch.

If you don’t receive it within this time scale then please contact your neighbour or the local sorting office to ensure that they’re not holding the item for you.

No Collections

Strictly mail order only. We do not allow customer collections in person or via courier.

Foreign Orders (outside UK)

Non-UK orders are dispatched using Royal Mail's Airmail Priority service at an additional charge.

Character Zone operate a 30 day returns policy (after the day the item is received) under the terms of the Distance Selling Regulations.

All returns must be authorised in advance. Please contact us via eBay message, stating your eBay User ID and item number.

We recommend a tracked service for returned items as any that are lost in transit will not be refunded.

Items returned must be in the same condition as received, including intact packaging.

Postage costs for returned unwanted items are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Refunds are processed within 5 working days of us receiving the returned item. Please include your eBay User ID and item number in the returned package as failure to do so may result in a delay in processing your refund.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us via eBay message prior to leaving feedback or starting a Paypal claim.

We will endeavour to do our best to resolve it as a matter of priority.
