Please confirm the correct return shipping address and ship it back to us via a trackable courier (I.E. UPS, FEDEX, USPS. Any returned item that has not been received by Jet Set Trading Co., and tracking information can not be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.

In the unlikely event that you received your order damaged, please inform us immediately by sending us an Ebay message so we can notify the courier and file a damage claim. Please keep all packaging materials handy to the courier, so they can inspect the damages. If possible, we ask that you please provide us photos of the damaged item(s).
