Canon 50mm f0.95 bayonet mount  (both TV and RF version of the lens) to fit onto M43 mount  Cameras including black magic.

This is single piece all metal anodized item.  Note that Canon metal mount leads comes very close to M43 flange distance. As a result, the walls are made extremely thin and strengthened through additional metal surrounding it. So it does retain infinity focus.

Rear of RF and TV lens added in the last photo. This adapter works on both. 

There would be slight visible lines on the adapter as these are small batch custom made items, that wouldn't affect the functionality.
