All of our items come from an all natural retail store.  Hence the potential exists for items to have been opened, tried on, missing tags, have odors (we sell essential oils, perfumes, vitamins, diffusers, soap and other natural smelling items.  If you are sensitive to smells, please take this into consideration), etc.  We strive to mention all imperfections within the listing description but on occasion we may miss something.  If you have any questions, please EMAIL prior to purchasing and we will promptly respond.
