STORE POLICY

PAYMENT:

• We accept credit cards, debit cards, and e-checks through Paypal only.
• Payment is due within 3 days of purchase commitment.
• Non-payments are automatically reminded by Ebay's automated system on the 4^th day.
• After 7 days, non-payments receive an automatic unpaid strike against the buyer. However, the strike can be removed upon payment.
• If you need to make a payment arrangement, please contact us.

 SHIPPING:

• Purchase price includes standard domestic and international standard shipping.
• We are closed on weekends and US holidays.
• We ship same or the next business day latest.
• We ONLY ship to address in EBAY. So please update/correct the address in your eBay account when you check out.

TRACKING:

• All Domestic(US) packages includes online tracking number.
• International packages do not include online tracking. 

FEEDBACK:

We automatically post positive feedback to the buyer upon payment. We would greatly appreciate if you would reciprocate upon receipt of your purchase. If there is a problem with your order, we request that you please drop us an email and give us a chance to make it right before leaving negative feedback.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES:

• If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return for refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt of product.  The returned item must be in the same condition as it was received so please do not send us used products.  The buyer is responsible for all shipping cost associated with the return or exchange. 
• Please read descriptions and/or ask questions prior to committing to your purchase.
• If an item was unintentionally misrepresented or a mistake was made on our part, we will make it right! Please contact us to arrange an exchange, return/refund.

INTERNATIONAL:

Buyers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and/or fees. Unclaimed packages do not qualify as a lost package. If left unclaimed and the package returns back to us, we will issue you a refund of the purchase price less our shipping cost.

International delivery by standard mail can take up to 2 month or longer due to postal service and customs, please be patient.
