General

If you have questions about a part or item we have for sale, please contact us via eBay BEFORE purchasing the item or items. We will answer all questions as quickly as possible.

Triple “R” Truck Parts is proud to offer you great prices and fast service for all your aftermarket parts needs. We require all buyers to adhere to the following terms and conditions:

Payment

All of our “Buy It Now” eBay items require immediate payment via PayPal.

Shipping

Many of our items are FREE SHIPPING. All other shipping rates will be calculated, and thus, will vary depending on the shipping location. All shipping rates are calculated based on the cost of both the shipping and handling required to send your item.

Once you have placed your order by purchasing an item, it generally takes up to 1 business day to process your transaction and get your product on its way to you. The package then spends another 1 to 3 days in transit.

We ship to Confirmed PayPal addresses only. Before purchasing our parts or item(s), please make sure that either (1) your PayPal account has a confirmed physical address, or (2) you personally supply us with a sufficient physical shipping address.

Returns

We will gladly refund or replace any defective item and most non-defective items. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return products that, 1) Are in their original packaging 2) Have original manufacturer information 3)Are not used, installed, or disassembled 4) Are not damaged due to incorrect installation 5) Do not having missing parts, hardware or instructions. Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or your money will be refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.

Out of Stock

It is our desire to always have every listed item actively in stock. Occasionally (but very seldom) due to high demand, short supply or human error we may be momentarily out of stock on an item. If this happens you will be issued a full refund.
