RP Max/RPM is a stimulant based pre-workout that provides optimal central nervous system and adrenal gland stimulation to trigger a positive homeostatic energy release, improved cognitive ability, muscular and cardiovascular endurance.

PSI is a non-stimulatory pre-workout that works to promote vasodilation, enhance nutrient and oxygen delivery to working muscle and improve muscle cell hydration and volumization. Vasodilation is where your blood vessels expand, or dilate to allow more blood flow; as blood carries nutrients and oxygen around your body, you get an increase in nutrient and oxygen delivery along with blood flow to working muscles. You should find you can perform better while also exercising harder and longer after using PSI or RPM.
