VENHILL Workshop DIY Throttle cable kit, nipples, ferrules, 5 meters Motorcycle

The cable is made to Venhill Featherlight specification, which is the best low friction throttle cables available on the market.

Typical application: motorcycle throttle cables. Supplied with 5 metres of conduit, with a black PVC cover. The conduit is supplied with 5 meters of low friction Teflon liner and 5 meters of 1.5mm o.d inner wire. A range of nipples and high quality fittings are included. The ferrules and bends are a snug fit on the conduit. They can be bonded in place during the assembly or retained with a small centre punch indentation to their side. The fittings can be adapted for a range of models. There are enough fittings in the kit to make at least five lines. Additional fittings, conduit and wire can be purchased separately as required. You will need a basic soldering kit to solder the nipples in place. 

The kit includes:

• 5 meters (16 feet) of 5mm OD black PVC coated, spiral wound conduit with teflon liner
• 5 meters (16 feet) of 1.5mm OD galvanized steel wire (7 x 7 strand)
• 10 ferrules, 1/4" OD
• 20 ferrules, 5.5mm OD
• 1 mid-adjuster, 6mm x .75 x 20mm
• 5 brass barrel nipples, 5.75mm DIA x 5.5mm
• 20 brass carb nipples, 3mm DIA x 3mm
• 2 general use neoprene boots, 14mm ID
• 10 neoprene adjuster boots, 7mm ID
