Dispatch & delivery
We will post your item within 24 business hours of your payment clearing. Please note that we do not post items during the weekend or on bank holidays so please allow for this when placing your order. Any Orders placed before 11am are posted out the same day, orders after this time will be posted the next working day. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless you upgrade to guaranteed next working day delivery, (there is an option for this at checkout). International orders can take up to 20 working days to be delivered although often they arrive much quicker than this. We offer free 2nd class postage on most items and there is an option to upgrade to 1st class for a small additional charge and there is also an option for next working day guaranteed delivery. I always obtain a proof of postage so if you have any issues with your delivery then please contact me via ebay messages and I will contact royalmail to trace your package. We also offer combined shipping for international orders. You will need to contact us for a price as this can vary depending on the amount of items and weight/country etc.
Returns
If you are unhappy with your item you can return it. Please make sure that all items are returned in the original packaging that you receive them in, including any gift boxes etc that are also sent with the item. All earrings are sent out in sealed plastic bags for Hygiene, Please note that if the seal has been broken and the bag has been opened then we cannot accept a return for earrings as we cannot re-sell them. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please contact us before sending any items back as this should be done following ebays returns process. The Buyer is responsible for the return postage and we recommend sending via recorded delivery. Once we have received your return we will issue your refund within 5 business days.
