   Gyugoh is called French knife and it is designed and suited for cutting meats.
   Hawatari(Length of a blade) is longer than Santoku knife and it is really excellent at cutting off muscles.

   Of course you can use this knife for cutting fruits, vegetables and so on.
   It will lead your beautiful cooking and you will really enjoy cooking with this item.

   This kitchen knife is very sharp and good condition. It should help your cooking beautifully.
   This item is totally new, unused, unopened, undamaged and packed in a cleaned packing for shipment.
