GROM Audio MST4 integration kit for Audi MMI 2G
The kit works for Audi MMi High 2G stereos with MP3 support and MMI Software version 33.6.0 and newer. Please read this document (.pdf) about how you can check the software version of your stereo MMI. If your MMI software is older than 33.6.0, you can update it with your local Audi dealer.
Integrate USB media / iPod or iPhone / Bluetooth / Aux-In into your factory fitted car stereo system with the GROM Audio MST4 kit, featuring fibre optic connectivity for cars equipped with MOST (Media Oriented System Transport) technology.
The GROM-MST4 includes a USB port to connect a USB drive or iPod/iPhone. Two additional extension ports allow you to add a Bluetooth dongle and Aux-input (these add-ons are purchased separately and detailed below).
USB Connection: GROM-MST4 car stereo adapter connects your USB 2.0 device such as flash drive, external hard drive or mass storage device to the stock stereo in your car. You can control the playback through your car stereo or steering wheel controls.
iPod, iPhone, iPad integration: Connect your Apple device to the factory car stereo via USB port. Play music (from any app), control from car stereo or steering wheel, and charge at the same time. Use standard USB to Apple connector cable (Lightning style). All iPod, iPhone, iPad are compatible, including the latest iPhone 13.
Bluetooth add-on (sold separately): Make hands free phone calls (HFP), stream music from your phone to the factory stereo via Bluetooth Audio playback (A2DP), control your music with the car stereo or steering wheel controls via Bluetooth wireless audio control (AVRCP) with the GROM Bluetooth Dongle
AUX Input (sold separately): Aux connection (for any additional audio source such as DVD, MP3 player, DAB and more).
