Delivery details

• Orders processed within 24-48 hours of payment verification.
• We only ship to confirmed Paypal addresses. Your PAYPAL address must match your Shipping address.
• Shipping time will be 3-5 working days.
• If you have not received your shipment within 7 days from payment, please contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible with a reply. Our goal is customer satisfaction!

Return Policy

• You have 14 days to contact us for returning it from the date you received it. If this item is in your possession more than 14 days, it is considered as used and we will not issue you any refund or replacement.
• All returned items must be in the original packaging and you must provide us with tracking number, specific reason for the returns and your eBay ID.
• We will refund you upon receipt of the item in its original condition ( but NOT include the postage & packaging fee £2.99 we paid for the item), after both Buyer and Seller cancel the transaction from eBay. Or you may have a replacement.
• Return shipping should be paid by buyer.
• Defective or Damages items must be reported and returned to us within the 3 days of receiving it. If possible provide the photo of defect as well.
