Most orders are shipped same day before 3pm or next business day by Royal Mail Tracked 48h service. European orders are shipped by Royal Mail "International Tracked" or "International Signed for" and usually take 2-4 business days. A tracking number will be provided. If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to return your order within 30 days from date of delivery for full credit or refund less any applicable delivery charges. The item must be in the original condition without any evidence of physical damage or tampering. Every customer must contact us and obtain authorisation code and return address details.
