RETURNS
Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Because of current safety concerns, sealed floor mats can only be accepted for return if unopened in the original sealed factory packaging (packaging showing part number). Opened products that were sealed, used or installed products, or products not in the original packaging cannot be returned. Return shipping charges are the purchaser's responsibility unless the wrong part was shipped. All items are photographed before shipping to ensure what is shipped was sealed and matches items listing description. In the case of an exchange, we will issue a refund for the returned item and re-purchase and checkout through eBay or PayPal for the new item is required.
