Returns
In the unlikely event that you would like to return something, please contact us please return goods in original condition within 14 days of purchase. We ask that they are in their original condition complete with any packaging they came with & that you enclose your user ID in the package so that the refund / exchange can be dealt with promptly.
If buyer wants to return the item for refund, buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage. Refund will be issued after deducting the P&P Cost,
We pay return postage cost if item is being returned because of our fault,
Refund for all the lost items will be issued immediately once Royal Mail or Courier confirms item is lost on delivery. Buyers are requested to wait patiently until we get response from the Royal Mail / Courier.
UK Lost Claim:We allow up to 15 working days for item to arrive in UK. So cannot accept a claim for loss unless 15 working days or more have passed since the item was sent.
Overseas Lost Claim: We allow up to 20 working days for item to arrive in Europe and 25 working days to the rest of the world. So cannot accept a claim for loss unless 20 working days (Europe), 25 working days (Rest of the world) have passed since the item was sent.
How to Return Your Item
Please return the goods on the compliment slip you received with your order or contact us for return address all items must be returned in original condition along with a note of your eBay user id and that you require a refund. Goods returned must in re-sellable condition, all refunds are processed on within 3 working days of receipt.
Exchange Your Item
To exchange an item, please contact us & we will arrange the exchange. |
