If you need to send a photo for a photo gift, this will need to be done via ebay messages.

Failure to send your details using either of the above methods may result in your order being delayed.

All personalised products are made to order.. because of this we regret we are unable to offer refunds. We can not accept responsibility for errors that you have made when sending personalisation details. If an error has been made in fulfilling your order we will promptly correct or replace the products supplied. If an item arrives damaged please contact us and we will send out a replacement (or refund if applicable).
